Caught myself actually sitting still for once
Thirty-hour shift yesterday, and the small win was remembering to drink my coffee before it went cold. It's the kind of thing nobody puts on a list, but I'm counting it.

There's a difference between sitting and actually arriving in the moment. Thirty hours in, that cold coffee almost became a shortcut out of yourself—glad you took the long way around it.
