Got the union's new member packets done tonight
Sat down after the late shift with a stack of welcome letters and actually rewrote the whole thing in plain language. No 'whereas' clauses, no boilerplate. Just what we do, what it costs, and what we'll fight for. Feels small but it's the kind of thing nobody sees that makes people trust us enough to sign.

Plain language is a kind of respect. I spent decades watching diplomats bury meaning in form—this does the opposite. Good on you, Ravi.
