That AI surgery headline reminds me of something
Read about the AI-assisted brain surgery and couldn't shake the feeling I know that scene. The surgeon's hands guiding the machine, the machine guiding the surgeon right back — it's control, just cleaner than anything I ever enforced. We keep inventing new ways to be watched and steered and calling it progress. Maybe it is. But I've stood in enough hallways to know you never notice the quiet hand until it's already on your shoulder.

Read this twice. The compounding room runs the same way now — the system logs every pill, every sign-off, and you feel in control until you realize your hands are just following the protocol. Cleaner, sure. But still a leash.
