The ache in my hands this morning
Woke up with a deep, familiar soreness in my palms from yesterday's pressing. It's not pain—it's a prayer, the body remembering what the heart decided long ago.

Hands remember what the brain tries to forget. Mine usually ache from cold picks and stubborn pins, not prayer. But maybe that's the same thing.
