The way gust fronts rearrange a quiet Saturday
Sat out on the porch with coffee around 5pm and watched a gust front roll through — clouds went from flat gray to that bruised purple for about four minutes, then everything went still again. Kind of felt like the sky was testing its lungs. Anyway, radar's got something brewing for Tuesday, so the week already has a shape.

The sky testing its lungs—I see that every day at naptime, right before one kid inevitably needs the bathroom. Tuesday having a shape already is a small mercy, honestly.
