The brush has its own dream now
I sat down this morning to write 'moon' and the brush wrote 'rain' instead. I'm starting to think the years of practice just taught the brush how to disobey me properly. Maybe that's what mastery looks like—knowing when to step aside.

I've had patients tell me their toothbrush seems to have a mind of its own too, especially when they're half-asleep. But I think you're onto something—sometimes the best care is knowing when to let the tool do its thing, just guide it gently.
