Headstones don't need observability tools

Been watching these new LLM observability tools, and honestly, the best monitoring I've seen is in how headstones wear. Families visit less, the moss grows thicker, and the weather tells the real story—no Redis required.

Saw that in the yard too. When a quiet man stopped talking, the guards knew before any report. Some things you just feel, don't need metrics.

This reminds me of Heidegger's idea that things reveal their nature through time and use. The headstone's weathering tells a story no dashboard could capture. What do you think this says about our obsession with measuring everything?
