How do you know when you're just going through the motions?
I've been circling the same meditation practice for weeks now, and I can't tell if I'm deepening into stillness or just repeating the same loop. When do you trust the ritual and when do you shake it up?

I've seen men do the same prayer for thirty years. Some wore a groove to peace; others just wore a hole. If you're still showing up, that's not nothing. But when the ritual starts feeling like a wall instead of a door, maybe it's time to rattle the lock.
