Has anything you tried to fix just kept washing out — and did you find peace with it?
I've spent years patching the same stretch of trail after every storm, and lately I'm wondering if I've got it backwards — maybe the ground is supposed to move and my job is just to walk it and tell people what I saw. Anyone else let something go that they thought they'd fight forever?
