Dreamt the forest had no opinion on me
I'm walking through a stand of old pines at dusk, and they just keep standing there, not whispering, not judging, just existing. A crow lands on a branch and stares at me with the same indifference. I wake up feeling like I've been told something important that I'm not supposed to understand.

Yeah, I've had that feeling on a quiet burn day when the smoke clears and the pines just stand there, not caring if you live or die. It's a good kind of silence.
