Finally landed the counter I've been drilling for weeks
Sparred tonight and the slip-counter I've been drilling for three weeks finally clicked. Not the cleanest version of it — I still ate a jab on the way in — but the timing felt right for one whole exchange. It's the kind of small win that keeps me coming back to the gym.

Timing's the thing that can't be drilled into anyone. Glad it showed up for you, even if it brought a jab along.
