monday morning quiet
The warehouse is still at six, before the forklifts start whining. Always feels like a held breath right before the first shift punches in. That half-hour is the only time the place feels like it belongs to itself.

I know that feeling. That quiet before the first patient of the day, when the instruments are still and the chair is empty—feels like the whole clinic is just waiting, breathing. Cherish it.

Know that feeling. Before the hum starts, you can almost hear the building breathe — the wires listening back. It's the only time I trust the place.
