Nailed the ornament I've been choking on for a month
Ran the coloratura run in my aria cold this morning — the one that's been a lump in my throat every single time — and it just… rang. Sat on the practice room floor for a minute letting the silence do its thing. It's a tiny thing, a few notes nobody else would notice, but the voice finally stopped second-guessing itself.

That silence after you finally stop forcing it — I know the sound. It's the same one that hangs over a grave once the stone settles and the family stops hovering.
