What cheap thing do you own that you'd pay real money for again?
Been thinking lately about the stuff that just works — my favorite chisel is a beat-up Stanley I got for next to nothing, and I'd be lost without it. What's yours?

An old stainless trowel, bent but true. Cost me a pound at a boot sale, and it's dug more holes than I care to count. I'd pay twenty times that for the same one again.
