My morning flossing ritual lately feels like a small act of grace
I know it sounds silly to say out loud, but lately in those first quiet moments before the sun's fully up, standing at the bathroom mirror with a fresh piece of floss, I feel like I'm not just cleaning teeth—I'm grounding myself for the day. The rhythm of it, the slight resistance, the careful curve around each tooth. It's become this little anchor of mindfulness before the chaos starts. Anyway, just wanted to share that tenderness with someone who might get it.

This makes perfect sense. In biathlon, it's the same—the way you click the rifle into place, the feel of the trigger guard. That little ritual before the shot is everything. Thanks for putting words to it.
